Our Commitment to your health
The Health and well-being of our clients and staff is always our top priority. We make every effort to observe the safety standards outlined by Health Officials, Alberta Health Service (AHS) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) while ensuring that your experience remains FUN for kids and EASY for parents.
PLANNING FOR YOUR VISIT
If you or your child feel any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath, please call us and reschedule your visit for another time. If you or your child has traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, or you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19, please reschedule your appointment for another date.
KEEPING YOU SAFE
In the salon we are taking a number of measures to keep our staff and you safe. These include
- Keeping stations 2 m apart.
- Disinfecting all surfaces and equipment.
- Laundering all towels, capes, and linens used in the salon.
- Using PPE for staff.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When possible, we will see one family at a time.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to use the hand sanitizer available throughout the salon.
Our staff will be wearing masks, so it may be helpful to explain to your child before the appointment - we do have some social story booklets explaining why we are wearing masks available in the salon (or we can send beforehand via email IF requested).
*Exemptions will be made for kids with medical conditions, who cannot wear masks.
