Q & A
Q. Does my child have to wear a mask?
A. Children 3 years of age and up are required to wear masks (like our stylists). However, exemptions will be made for kids with medical conditions, who cannot wear masks (*see Our Covid Response page for more info.)
Q. Does my child have to get their haircut if they are nervous/ anxious?
A. No. We welcome pre-visits to become comfortable with our salon. In addition they can choose to just get a bang trim and work their way up to a full haircut. Our stylists have over 20 years experience working with ALL children, including those with special needs and we have consulted with a child psychologist to incorporate her ideas into our approach (e.g. comfortable setting, use of visuals and social stories, use of gradual-exposure, etc.). ;)
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We appreciate 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours notice, we will charge you half-price for the service. The first time is a warning, and after that you will be required to pay no show fee.
